Mohamed Zerri holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Risk Management from KU Leuven. As a freelance consultant, he brings extensive expertise in finance, investments, risk management, and strategic business transformation, built through a range of impactful roles across industries.
Mohamed began his career as an Investment Broker at a leading investment bank, where he developed in-depth knowledge of financial and stock markets, while executing orders across various stock and derivatives exchanges.
He then transitioned into the role of Quantitative Risk Officer at a legal protection insurance company. In this position, he was responsible for quarterly Solvency II reporting, calculating underwriting and market risks, and preparing comprehensive risk opinions for executive approval.
As a consultant, Mohamed expanded his expertise by taking on missions in business analysis, project management, and change management. These roles involved optimizing workflows, driving organizational change, and ensuring successful project delivery in complex environments.
Most recently, during his assignment in the private banking sector, Mohamed deepened his knowledge in EMIR reporting while serving as a Business Analyst, delivering value-added solutions in compliance and regulatory processes.
