Desired working regime: full time, 4/5th possible

Office location: regio Mechelen

Fixed office days: 3 days per week onsite. Days depending on tasks.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Legal officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting social relations within our organization. Your tasks will include:

  • Following up and planning information for the annual Works Council (OR)
  • Consolidating information
  • Creating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Writing reports and preparing discussions
  • Administrative follow-up and documentation of all relevant processes
  • Maintaining contacts with representatives
  • Preparing for inspections, audits, and reporting

 Profile

  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are organized and can plan well
  • You have experience with administrative tasks and documentation
  • You are proactive and can work independently
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and French
  • You have some knowledge of labor law or a strong interest in it
