We are looking for a digital project manager. As a project manager you will be the person standing next to the doctor-specialists. You will listen to their requirements or content change requests and make it happen on their dashboard and care paths. You will provide them everything so the adoption is going smoothly. You work closely together with our internal team of content creators and the team of the doctor-specialist. You would perfectly fit into our small team, with following qualifications (you don’t have to check all the boxes, we know that a white raven is very rare): Good level of English and Dutch (any other language is a plus) Medical background / studies Experience in collaboration with doctor-specialists (multi disciplinary is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships Tech-savvy, able to do configurations in a tech dashboard / care path Able to translate request of doctor-specialists to our product team or content team Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience in project management and a track record of delivering results Good in understanding doctor-specialists and translate his needs in his dashboard Able to proofread medical content Have prior experience with start/scale-up companies Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Assist doctor-specialists and create their dashboard and care path through configuration, feedback to product team and content team and develop training programs for doctors-specialist, other healthcare professionals and patients Lead doctor-specialist through the onboard process and deliver first impact, afterwards growth together adoption Define roll out plan (project / implementation plan) to enroll at patients of the doctor-specialist Give all support to doctor-specialists they need to adopt their dashboard & care path Work closely with all medical professionals to understand their requirements for a customized dashboard and draw the structure of the carepaths Conduct regular meetings and discussions to gather insights into doctor-specialists workflows and preferences Understand and define success metrics with the doctor-specialist and adoption goals/targets and monitor Relationship management with all relevant stakeholders in the team of the doctor-specialist Monitor and account health with key performance metrics and act accordingly Renewal management Customer Advocacy and feedback collection Product expertise with in-depth knowledge of our features, impact they bring and value proposition, proving also updates on and driving adoption of new features / use cases Provide & organize support towards patients of doctors when needed Create & assist in the content creation Hands-on with focus on execution Outstanding communication skills with capability to adapt to different types of doctor-specialists Proactive problem solver with a strategic thinking mindset Analytic and educational mindset Empathy and understanding of doctor-specialists perspectives Goal-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team and in between teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Competitive salary Bonus & incentives that we can agree upon Being part of a brand new startup with founders with a proven track record High growth, fast-paced work environment Friendly, fun, and collaborative team-based work environment Unique growth opportunities together with the growth of our startup Flexible work arrangement (f.e. when and where you want to work)Your role
