This is a role for a part time Project Support Assistant at the x. The Project Assistant will be responsible for assisting in various project-related tasks and events, coordinating project activities, sponsor contacts, managing project documentation, manage EU Commission actions and their communication to the x council and community and providing administrative support to the x secretariat and the x Council.
Coordination of communication and mutual projects with the strategical partners of x.
Occasionally you might be asked to participate in a consortium as a contribution to project support.
Qualifications
Project coordination, documentation management, and administrative support skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively but also independently
Experience in European projects and/or project coordination for associations is a plusBachelor's degree in Project Management or relevant field
Commitment and salary
A part-time commitment is required, 1,5 days/week in a remote way.
The person should be a self-employed freelancer able to invoice monthly.
Possible travel is expected in connection with joint events and the Annual Conference and General Assembly, with expenses either advanced or reimbursed.
