Working environment
Working for our mobile division as a business controller responsible for smartphone, tablet, wearable, note pc and accessories. You will be working independent from BE Office within a Benelux organization responsible for the Belgium/Luxembourg market. With your overall insight the management team will be able to understand the impact of the promotion planning on our P&L and profit.
Key contact person will be:
Ø Within division: Sales, Marketing, SCM and MT team.
Ø Within company: Business Controlling and Finance Claim team.
Daily Roles and Responsibilities:
· Collect data based on sales, customer, SCM and marketing planning
· Consolidate all data and forecast sales related investments in our P&L
· Key contact person between sales division and finance
· Manage budget administration based on final promotion planning
· Report on variances between actual data and forecasted data
· Plan and prepare quarterly investment plans with key stakeholders within sales and marketing team
· Manage RRP/price setting in SAP and report on price differences
· Lead department process for claims and approvals
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of general accounting principles
· Computer skills (MS office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
· Analytical, mathematical and accurate
· Ability to work independent
· Effective communication skills (oral and written)
· Ability to multi task
· Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
· Team player
Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field
Two years’ experience in a finance related role
