Description
Client is a new government company with the legal mandate to process personal data and sensitive business data smart and secure, while maintaining full control and transparency for those who share their data via our services and partners. We focus on Personal & Smart Data Spaces and Data Collaboration Platforms, where we offer companies and consumers the opportunity to offer innovative B2C services and create new 'business value' by sharing confidential data.
As a start-up company, various things still need to be set up, including the HR department.
Setting up processes, supporting the organization, drawing up the job house are some of the tasks that need to be included.
- Demonstrable experience within HR domains with generalist content
- Higher education (Master or Bachelor) in social sciences, HRM
- Demonstrable experience of social legislation and labor law
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, ...)
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
Context
- Client is a new government company and has a legal mandate to process personal data and sensitive company data smartly and securely, while maintaining full control and transparency for those who share their data via our services and partners.
- Furthermore, Client is organized in vertical domains: real estate, utility and HR are the current domains. These form business units and form the bridge between the stakeholders in the various sectors and Client. Within the business units, products are developed on the one hand, specifically for their own stakeholders. Whether or not based on technology that is used generically within Client. Business units must eventually become self-supporting.
Candidate responsibilities:
- Client, as a newly established organization, wants to expand HR.
- Selecting and implementing the social secretariat,
- selecting the right PC,
- drawing up employment regulations
- onboarding the first employees
- drawing up the job description
- fine-tuning the employment conditions
Deliverables
- An implemented operation with the social secretariat
- Connected to a PC that is in accordance with the operation of Client
- A validated employment regulation
- Employees with a Client contract
- A validated job description
- HR Support to the organization
Additional information
The interviews will take place within two weeks following the submission deadline.
To the extent possible, the external employee will work from their own laptop with virtual access to the environments of Client - the Datanutsbedrijf/Digital Flanders.
