The Lease Buyout Negotiator is a real estate expert focused on acquiring ground leases under telecommunication towers or rooftops. We are seeking an individual who can effectively connect with property owners and offer lump-sum payments in exchange for long-term rights to occupy and use their property. This role involves approaching a predefined list of landlords with the intention to purchase the land or usage rights based on a provided financial model. As a Lease Buyout Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the entire negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring deals are completed in a timely manner.
