At X, we're looking for a freelance Business Operations Analyst EMEA.
- Period: 5-month assignment starting 1/8/2024
- Location: hybrid - office in Antwerp
During this assignment, you will be responsible for providing EMEA management and business with reporting and analysis on Commercial KPI's (e.g. pricing, customer count, CRM), Principal related information (new mandates, performance) and business efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Support on principal targets and to the Principal Development (PDM) community
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate target setting by gathering information from the strategic principals
- Guarantee that all strategic targets are uploaded in BI in order to maintain an organized and accessible database
- Follow-up on the performance versus targets of strategic principals with input from the responsible people and flag issues to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
2. Enhance Commercial Competence of EMEA - Price Management Support
- Track monthly results and analyze pricing tools to identify variances and address any discrepancies, ensuring pricing integrity
- Develop and enhance pricing tools to support consistent application of pricing methodologies and improve process flows
3. Reporting and other KPI's
- Gather data on achievements of KPI's (Operational, Commercial, Principals) to provide a clear and accurate picture of performance for monthly evaluations
- Conduct high-level analysis to identify trends and issues, ensuring optimization of performance
- Provide analytical support to EMEA management as needed to support decision-making and strategy development
4. BI and other IT tools & reports
- Act as a Power BI SPOC to leverage the full capabilities of the BI system in data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to create tools, reports and dashboards that meet business needs and facilitate informed decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
- Very thorough knowledge of Excel, experience with CRM
- Knowledge of Visio is a plus
- Highly accurate and analytical
- Good knowledge of English (Dutch is not required)
